Greetings in Christ Jesus: Now that our web site completed, I have been working diligently with our Christian lawyer to accomplish the necessary requirements so that Touch of Faith, Inc. can expand our borders. God has been speaking to my heart for quite awhile for Touch of Faith to be corporate and to have our own covering. Praise the Lord it has all been accomplished! Under the Association of Churches, we may now have other churches, pastors, missionaries, evangelists and exhorters, who so desire, to receive credentials and be under our covering. Also, our Statement of Faith and By-Laws are established. Our purpose in the very near future is to plant & build new churches in any state or country and to be an encouragement to all those connected with Touch of Faith, Inc., for the furtherance of the Gospel. This is just the beginning of the beginnings, for the Lord God Almighty has been encouraging Touch of Faith, Inc. to outreach in many other directions. If you, your ministry, or anyone else you know is interest in being a part of Touch of Faith, Inc. BY-LAWS
1. If--a congregation already has the land and church building, then the property will remain to that congregation. 2. If—a congregation desires to purchase land and constructs a church building on their own, then that said property belongs to the congregation. 3. If—Touch of Faith, Inc., purchases the land to construct a church building, then Touch of Faith, Inc. will own the said property. 4. If—any pastor, assistant pastor, teacher, evangelist, missionary or anyone else connected to Touch of Faith, Inc. holding any strategic office in the ministry whose conduct or life style becomes contrary to Biblical standards, he or she will receive: a. Consultation from Rev. Jean Coe. b. Further Biblical instructions and training. c. Counseling sessions on a regular basis, if need be. d. Dismissal if all efforts fail. 5. Touch of Faith, Inc. supports mission projects at home and in foreign countries, therefore, we desire all who can give a donation each month, please do so. 6. A special fund “Outreach Blessings” will be set up for those associated under our Assembly of Churches who may need assistance, for our missionaries, evangelists an mission projects (home and abroad). 7. Let us pray one for another, on a daily basis, as we join forces, for the cause of spreading the Good News, giving Jesus Christ “all” the Glory for what He is going to accomplish through each one of us. May each of you who partner with Touch of Faith, Inc. “Outreach Ministries” and “Outreach Blessings” serve God under His leadership and be His true anointed one.
